To guarantee your reservation, we require a small deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour before departure.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour or excursion start time. - Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the start time will incur a 50% charge of the total booking price. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the total booking price.
Most of our tours are conducted in English, but we can often accommodate requests for Spanish-speaking guides. Contact us in advance to inquire about availability.
Depending on your hotel or pickup location, we'll contact you directly to provide the exact pickup time.
We offer pickup from most hotels in the Riviera Maya. For those not directly serviced, we have convenient meeting points:
